Holy moly! My coloring book about clean energy is officially for sale! I can’t believe I get to write that sentence.
I am incredibly proud of this project. For those of you who haven’t known me for 10 years, I previously co-founded an after school program to teach kids how to code. Then I transitioned into climate tech. And now I am an artist. It feels so special to bring together three things I love so much: education, art, and climate.
Looking at the physical copy of this coloring book, I just smile. I can’t wait for other folks to be able to flip through these pages and learn about climate solutions in the most playful way possible. There are pages with sheep to learn about agrivoltaics, a veggie stir fry to show the benefits of induction stoves, and homes powered by heat pumps.
I’ve created 2 versions of the book, a physical copy and a digital download version. You can buy the physical copy on Amazon here! If you buy it now and are coming to NY Climate week, I’ll sign it for you!
The digital download version is honestly a real bang for your buck, if I do say so myself. It’s $9.95 and you get the PDF of the book so you can print it at home as many times as you’d like. It’s great for teachers, nonprofits who flyer at farmers markets, and folks who like to color on iPads. Or adults (like me) who would like access to unlimited nerdy coloring pages. You can download it here.
I want to keep this short and sweet today because if I keep writing about how excited I am I may never stop.
Thank you so much to everyone who has been so supportive in this process. Thanks to the 30+ folks who helped edit this and shared so much valuable feedback. Thanks to my friends and family for being the best. And thanks to you for reading this! I LOVE YOU!!
If you want to get a book or share it with a friend you can forward this email or pass along this link.
Oh and I’ll be doing a book launch party in NYC on October 18! Save the date. I’ll send out details next week.
Amazing! Congrats on getting this project off the ground! Curious to see how many kiddos this will inspire 🙌
