Ready, set, draw! Free downloads to the first drafts of my climate coloring book pages 🎨📚
Looking for feedback on the first few pages!
Hi friends!
I’m back in NY and got to enjoy the brief bit of snow we had yesterday! Monday night I watched it fall as I curled up in bed illustrating the first few pages of my climate change coloring book. Yesterday I tested out painting them and it was soo cool to see it come to life!
I turned my handwriting into a new font and am debating if I need to make the letters a bit wider so it’s easier for folks to color in.
Drumroll please…this is where y’all get to have special access to test them out for free! Here is a link to the first drafts of 4 pages of my climate coloring book! If you’d like, you can print them out and give them a try (for yourself or your kids! I want them to be fun for all ages). Send me a picture after you paint or color them in and let me know your thoughts or feedback, I’m all ears.
On to the section of reflection!
Things I’m grateful for:
Hosting a climate art workshop last night with My Climate Journey focused on women-owned climate startups! Before doing this whole art thing, I started an all-girls coding program. So this workshop topic was very near and dear to my heart.
Last night I hosted a climate art workshop with @mcjcollective to shine a light on women-owned climate startups! I spotlighted @terradotdo @wildgridsolar @symbrosia @TheGoodrCo ✨ @kamal_kapadia @kryspersaud @parindadarden @AlexiaAkbay @jasminecrowe y'all are so amazing 😍
The past few days I’ve been feeling incredibly grateful for the flexibility and space for curiosity in my life. I can’t believe I get to spend my days learning how to make a coloring book, researching new climate science, and talking to amazing people in this community.
Things I’m looking forward to
Hosting an IRL workshop in NYC next week! On March 7 I’m hosting Meditate and Paint with licensed psychotherapist and certified ecotherapist, Maia Kiley.
I re-booked my trip to SF and LA!! I’ll be in LA April 27-30 and SF April 30-May 5! Hit me up if you want to meet. I’ll be putting together a meetup again in both places.
Things I’m stressed about
The noise and chaos of NY. Example: my upstairs neighbor typically likes to vacuum at midnight at least once a week haha 🙉
Ways to support me:
