I’m keeping this newsletter short and sweet with two free events I’m hosting in July!
How to Make a Climate Cartoon
I’m co-hosting a workshop with New Yorker Cartoonist,
, next month on How to Make a Climate Cartoon! We'll learn the basics of cartooning philosophy, and you'll make your own New Yorker-style climate cartoon. Tom is a cartoonist and author who has published over 200 cartoons in The New Yorker since 2010. You may recognize his work from this iconic cartoon. He recently published a children’s book called CROCODILES NEED FRIENDS, TOO! The workshop will be on July 24 at 3pm EST.
Climate Art 101 Showcase
At the end of the summer cohort of my Climate Art 101 Course, we're doing a virtual art show! Students will share a piece of the beautiful art they've created over the past 6 weeks in a showcase. It will be on July 17th at 3pm EST.
Stay cool out there friends!
